Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from OtloubNow,
you may return it within 3 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus the delivery fees).

We ask that the product be unused and in the original box (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure credit.
